Virtual Selling


When selling virtually it is important to build legitimacy as soon as possible.  There are certain things you can do to increase trust with the client.  Please see the checklist below and work to implement them asap.  These will help you set more appointments and also increase trust.  Cross them off as you complete them.

Virtual Business Card - There are a few different companies that you can use when doing this.  Please check with your manager to see which one he prefers.  Some of the more popular ones are www.hihello.com or www.Ovou.com.  Some are free and others are paid sites.  Your manager can direct you where to go.

It is a good idea to have your picture of you and of your family if you feel comfortable.  You should have your insurance license on there with your ID.  All of these things help build trust with the client.

Online Dialing System - This app or online phone calling system rotates your dialing out number to match the same area code you are calling so it appears to be a local phone number.  The office admin can create a new line for you.  Please see her.

Calendly Account - This is another online software program that can increase come through so that you see more people.  Calendly is an account that sets up automated texts and emails to the client and you don’t have to think about it.  This is a paid account with a small monthly fee.  You don’t HAVE to have Calendly.  If you decide not to have it, you can do it manually.  www.calendly.com

AIM Capital Email - having a company email increases trust with the client.  It is different from just using a gmail or yahoo address.  Work with your manager and Aaron to get an aimassoc.com email as soon as possible.
