What is your remaining mortgage?  

Is that a 30 year mortgage?  How much longer do you have left on this mortgage?  

What are the payments you make per month?  

Do you and your wife both work to make these payments?  

What is the Household monthly income?  

How is the household monthly income divided up amongst the two of you?  

Do you have insurance through work?  How much?  Is it maxed out?  

How much do you pay per month?  

Does this insurance carry over with you after you leave the job?  

Do you have insurance outside of work?  How much insurance do you have?  

How much do you pay per month?  

What kind of insurance is it?  

Do you have any Disability insurance?  Through work? 

How much does that cover?  How much do you pay?  

How many children do you have?  

How old are they?  

Are they dependent upon your income?  

Do you have a retirement plan?  How much?  Where is that at?

Are you satisfied with how it is performing?

Could you give me an example?

Why is that a concern to you?

What have you done to fix the situation?

How do you feel about that?

Is there anything else?

Could you be more specific?

When you say (maybe, probably, might), what does that mean?

I’m confused, can you be more specific?

Good question….. is that something that is important to you?

That makes sense, and why is that important to you?
